| Our client is a major bank with a nationwide footprint. We are seeking a Vice President - level professional to play a key role within an independent Audit / Compliance group that will assure organizational compliance with business and regulatory requirements. This newly-created position will be responsible for engineering standardized reporting of testing of operational processes that will facilitate regulatory compliance, anticipation, mitigation and recovery of operational risk within the company’s residential mortgage portfolio. The key objective for this position will be the establishment of audit and compliance methodologies that will assure best-practice operations across the entire business. Must be able to act as a key player on an outstanding team of risk professionals to achieve business objectives related to regulatory standards, quality, and efficiency and help maximize profitability. |

| 8-12 progressive Big 4 and or bank audit experiences. Solid communications skills and professional pride that is reflected in achievements. |

| The successful candidate will have 8 – 12 years of demonstrated achievements in public accounting or bank audit. Must have a BS degree in business-related field; CPA, MBA and/or CFA preferred. |
