| The successful candidate will be skilled with SEC reporting, financial reporting and also financial modeling in support of investment decisions. The candidate should also be knowledgeable regarding financial planning, forecasting, and budget management functions. Responsibilities: Preparation, review and tie out all SEC reports Prepare financial analysis, recommendations and presentations in support of capital investment opportunities Assist in preparation, review and tie out Board and periodic reporting packages Assist with coordination of financial planning and budget management functions Assist with preparation of financial forecasts (including long range outlooks) Assist with analysis of periodic operating results against budget, forecast and prior year Assist with preparation of reports (internal, Board Level, Etc.) Ad Hoc financial presentation support/preparation Heavy interaction with key executive management |

| *Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business (masters degree and / or CPA preferred) *Five to seven years experience with financial and SEC reporting for a public company *Experience with financial modeling *Experience with short and long term budgeting and forecasting *Experience with multi unit operations *Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. *Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems *Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections *Ability to produce quality work within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage multiple projects |
