| Bachelor’s Degree. Minimum two years experience in a Credit Analysis related function within Commercial Lending is required. Excellent working knowledge of cash flow and financial ratios, including those specific to Commercial Real Estate lending. Ability to provide independent review and analysis of financial information utilizing Financial Statements, Corporate Tax Returns, Personal Tax Returns, and other information provided. |

| 2 years experience in commercial credit analysis. Familiarity with analyzing/underwriting C&I, CRE, ADC, and Asset-Based transactions. |
