| Primarily focus on federal tax issues from compliance to the provision and other related areas including completing the system implementation of OTP/One Source. The provision will include both domestic and international operations. |

| Summary of Position You will primarily be responsible for overseeing the preparation of the Federal tax return and working on and reviewing the ASC740. You'll oversee the preparation of State and local income tax and respond to government tax notices and tax audits. Essential Functions/Responsibilities 1. US Consolidated Federal tax return filings. 2. State and local tax Filings (small percentage of work) 3. Tax Provision, both domestic and global 4. Government Tax Audits, Federal and State |

| • BS/ BA in Accounting or Finance • At least 15 years of related experience • Worked within a large corporate tax department or within a public accounting environment • Recent work must be with a Publicly Traded corporation • Proficient with Excel and Tax Compliance Software • Experience with ASC740 |
