| |
| Primary Focus Responsible for managing the U.S. federal and state and local income tax compliance process. Responsible for managing tax provision reporting and review process in accordance with ASC 740. Maintain current with tax law changes and regulatory pronouncements, and evaluate impact to the Company. Actively participate in tax planning projects. Specific Duties Ensure tax returns are timely and correctly filed. Ensure global provision reporting and reviews are timely and correctly prepared. Maintain effective SOX 404 procedures. Manage income tax audits. Lead and participate in tax planning projects as required. |
