| Responsible for working with other members of the tax department in implementing corporate tax policy. Responsible for assisting in the preparing of all pro forma federal, state and local income tax returns for the Corporation and its subsidiaries. Assists with Federal and State audits. Assists with preparation and review of quarterly and annual income tax provision and reconciliation of current and deferred asset and liability accounts. Assist with the FASB 109. |
