| Summary of Position You will primarily be responsible for overseeing the preparation of the Federal tax return and working on and reviewing the ASC740. As tax manager you will respond to IRS notice responses and either oversee or assists with federal tax audits. Essential Functions/Responsibilities 1. 40 (%) Responsible for the preparation of the US Consolidated Federal tax return filings, includes reviewing separate company returns, consolidations and International Form 5471’s and Form 8858’s. 2. 40 (%) Calculate and first-level review the FAS 109 (ASC740) tax provisions. Prepare journal entries (in both USD and foreign local currencies) to book consolidated world-wide FAS109 (ASC740) tax provision on a consolidated and legal entity basis and ensure proper presentation in financial systems. 3. 10 (%) Assist with other tax department responsibilities including: special projects on as needed basis, audit and other notice responses, etc. |

| • BS/ BA in Accounting or Finance • At least 5 years of related experience within a large corporate tax department or within a public accounting environment • Proficient with Excel and Tax Compliance Software • Experience or exposure working with FAS109 (ASC740) and tax provision calculations |
