| Be liaison between SBU headquarters and operations (R&D, manufacturing, supply chain). Be involved in financial reporting, business analysis, and operational forecasting on orders. Review purchasing levels, analyze manufacturing and supply chain expenses, view product costs, and measure impact of trends to margins, budget, and product P/L. Participate on initiatives to improve business processes (IT, financial, operational) and reduce operating costs. Team with marketing and R&D to assist on new product costing and contact proposals. Analyze variances that are impacting P/L. Conduct/lead cycle counts. Review vendor contacts to identify opportunities to manage costs. Provide Senior Leadership with analysis, forecasts and reports on key business metrics and trends. |

| BS Accounting or Finance required; CPA/MBA highly preferred. Must have financial reporting & analysis experience with either a medium to large CPA firm or a manufacturing business (division or corporate). Must have strong interest in learning about product life cycles (from development through manufacturing to customer delivery) and the financial controls, processes and systems critical to a world class environment. |
