New role; opportunity to take on global P/R leadership role and contribute on expansion of shared services
JOB DESCRIPTIONGrowth has come through a combination of acquisitions, new product, and geographical expansion. 2011 was a record year for revenues and profits; 2012 is ahead of plan. Senior level role with opportunity for growth expand functionality and take on international role. Be a key component within a proactive shared service environment and partner on international payroll initiatives. Manage a team of three and have dotted line reporting from international SBUs on P/R matters. Be responsible for a P/R of 1,000+ employees in North America and be the go-to resource for international payroll process, policies, controls, and recommendations for improvements. Be the key liaison to ADP to ensure proper reporting, documentation and accuracy of federal and state wage and hour laws. Partner effectively with Human Resources to support HRIS, benefit elections/deductions, bonus calculations, and weekly processing of payroll. Review payroll and payroll tax journal entries and reconciliations to G/L. Team with shared services to enhance and improve processes to protect assets and provide financial control over disbursements.
BS Accounting or Finance. Seek 6+ years of payroll leadership experience within a multi-national business. Must have strong communication, organizational, process improvement and problem solving skills. Must have experience working with ADP. Oracle or SAP experience is required.
