| The Bilingual Spanish Business Banking BDO will partner with Business Banking Manager and bankers to execute integrated sales strategies to support growth of business customers and increase market share. Current business segment includes those clients with revenues from $5 to $20 million annually. You will work with our banking clients and internal partners across the border, so foreign business practices are crucial to your success. RESPONSIBILITIES • Acquire new business by leveraging bank’s products and services. • Network with centers of influence and call on important prospects with other internal partners, • Assist internal partners in building networks and coach them on how to secure and close deals. • Coordinate and organize marketing campaigns and events. • Monitor competitors and report findings to management when appropriate. |

| • 5+ years business and/or commercial banking experience • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish • Successful track record in sales and business development • Exceptional networking and relationship building skills • Strong knowledge of credit products and process |
