| Middle Market Bank Credit Officer (market segment consists of companies with revenues of $30mm - $500mm) will be responsible for providing thorough, objective analysis of the financial condition and credit worthiness of borrowers. Credit size is from $2 million - $50 million. RESPONSIBILITIES • Provides support to Relationship Managers for complex credit processes, credit structuring and portfolio monitoring. • Manages underwriting requests for credit extensions and annual reviews, prepares credit memos and drafts term sheet. Prepares monthly and/or quarterly reviews of existing borrowers to track compliance with loan covenants, raising potential concerns to RMs. • Provides initial approval, leads analyses of the financial condition and credit worthiness of existing and potential clients. • Ability to manage complex transactions and be able to work in both customer meetings and company management meetings (including dialogue with CFO & CEO). • Prepares monthly and/or quarterly reviews of existing borrowers. • Operates as a subject matter expert on bank credit policies and practices. Maintains extensive knowledge in the various products and services offered (including interest rate derivatives, FX, trade finance, & cash management). • Oversees/mentors credit analysts. |

| • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics or accounting • 5+ years experience working in a financial institution in a credit role. • Formal credit training required. • Broad based experience in structuring bilateral credit agreements. • Strong analytical skills and negotiating experience. |
