| Great senior accounting position with reputable firm. |

| Prepare monthly close of work papers for various entities ranging from management companies, private equity funds and partnerships. Monthly close consists of posting monthly journal entries (including payroll), reviewing expenses, reconciling accounts, allocating income and/or fees in accordance with fund documents/agreements and the preparation of a monthly balance sheet and income statement. Possibility of assisting external auditors with interim and year-end procedures and the preparation of audited financial statements in accordance with GAAP. Potential to work on hedge funds as well. Ad-hoc special projects and reports on an as-needed basis. |

| At least 3-5 years of accounting experience Must possess a 4 year degree in Accounting Public accounting experience and CPA a PLUS Hedge Fund experience a PLUS Must have knowledge of Excel and Quickbooks Excellent analytical and problem solving skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to multi-task effectively |
