| This company, located just south of Boston, is a leading multi-channel retailer of women’s apparel, accessories, and footwear, and is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst. |

| This position reports to the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis. The responsibilities include • Budgeting, modeling, forecasting, and reporting to support decision making by senior management. • Planning, organizing, and coordinating fiscal planning, development, implementation, and monitoring of all Marketing activities and the Direct Channel (Catalog and E-Commerce) • Monitoring actual financial performance and compare to budget and/or forecast projections, analyzing and interpreting variances, and preparing a variety of reports and provide recommendations • The capacity to own complex processes. • The ability to positively contribute to the team environment of the Finance department |

| • Minimum of five years or relevant experience in a fast-paced environment • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field • MBA a strong plus • Strong analytic skills needed to synthesize large quantities of data, identify trends and drivers, and distill them into insightful analysis for senior management • Strong attention to detail, and ability to work in a multi-tasking environment • Passion for driving and delivering results and constructive change |
