JOB DESCRIPTIONWe are searching for a team leader / regional manager to join a growing Agricultural lender in Nebraska. This person will be responsible for business development and relationship management by providing agricultural investment and advisory services. *Must have experience and knowledge in the analysis and structuring of complex credit facilities as well as negotiating and dealing with large loans over $2 million. *Should have experience in working with client management/owners and financial institutions. *Must be highly competent with a successful track record in structuring, evaluating and negotiating various types credit facilities. Knowledge of both term and operating credit is required. *Supervise Relationship Managers / Loan officers *Assist in guiding loans through the approval, closing, and servicing process. *Personally service a portfolio of large loans.
7+ years of agricultural lending experience. Could be open to a combination of agricultural and commercial lending experience. Requires strong verbal and written communication skills and listening skills, as well as the ability to read and comprehend memos, e-mails, and operating manuals policy directives. The job also requires the ability to follow verbal instruction as directed, providing feedback as appropriate in a respectful, business-appropriate manner. Courteous and professional conduct is required at all times with a willingness to provide and receive constructive input and direction. In working with team members, it is required that you foster open lines of communication by conveying pertinent, non privileged industry and company information that is necessary to maximize job performance, knowledge and understanding. Knowledge of agriculture is key.
10+ years of agricultural lending and management experience within the state of Nebraska.
