Here’s a tremendous opportunity to build your skills in both US international and foreign tax. You’ll be exposed to and challenged in every aspect of international tax which will move your career forward. Working alongside the Director of International Tax of this multi-national financially secure manufacturer, you will be directly involved with areas such as US International tax compliance, foreign tax compliance of Latin America, the provision both from a US international and a foreign tax prospective. Other areas shall include Transfer pricing, you’ll be heavily involved with international transaction work such as restructuring of foreign entities to extract excess profits to strategies in lowering the company's ETR both in the US and abroad. You'll also be asked to develop tax planning strategies from leverage buyouts to working on the tax efficient supply chain.
 
Job Description:
Reports to the Director – International Tax. You'll be managing the international tax matters of Europe This position will have approximately 3 – 6 direct reports. Break out of work shall involve Compliance Management 40% Tax Accounting & Forecasting 15% Tax Audits 5% Research, Planning, M&A and Legal Entity Restructuring 35% Administration 5%
 
QUALIFICATIONS
Mandatory Minimum Qualifications - Must Have: • Masters in Tax, • At least 6 years of corporate tax in U.S. International Tax • Strong analytical and organizational skills • Demonstrates initiative and effectively identifies and drives problem solving opportunities • Strong leadership and team-building skills
 
Preferred Qualifications: MBA and/or CPA a plus.
