| The successful candidate will assist the Company in transferring the servicing function from an out-of-State location to Baltimore and will be responsible for carrying out the function there (Baltimore). The candidate will be key to revising past practices and finding efficiencies compared to how the servicing function has been performed historically. Key to that will be improving the servicing function’s interface with the accounting function. |

| The candidate will work closely with borrowers, management companies, trustees, and the Company’s accounting, asset management and capital staffs to service loans. |

| Candidate must have at least 5 years experience in loan servicing, good verbal and written communication skills, be detail oriented, and have strong Excel and Word skills. Experience having worked in a bank, accounting, or law firm is beneficial. |

| Experience with the servicing of apartment loans is a plus. Familiarity with the servicing of apartments financed through tax exempt bonds is an additional plus, but not a prerequisite. The servicing portfolio consists of approximately 200 permanent (versus construction) loans totaling approximately $1.2 billion. |
