| Company is in growth mode...Candidate will assist with the external financial reporting process, as well as the accounting and reporting for all equity based transactions and other complex accounting issues. In addition, the successful candidate will have close interaction with Sr Managers and external auditors. |

| • Assist with the preparation and filing of the quarterly and annual SEC reports (10Q and 10K) and other required SEC filings including the information gathering process. • Assist with the preparation and organization of financial schedules, footnote disclosures and MD&A schedules required for the SEC filings. • Maintain an understanding of generally accepted accounting principles, tax legislation, SEC regulations and internal controls. • Assist in the research and implementation of new accounting standards and SEC guidance and prepare technical accounting memorandums that document technical accounting issues in a clear, logical and comprehensive manner. • Prepare monthly and quarterly accounting reconciliations for equity based transactions related to stock options and other types of stock awards. • Maintain monthly equity roll-forward to ensure proper accounting for equity accounts • Assist in the development, implementation and the documentation of information for Sarbanes Oxley testing and compliance. • Assist in the coordination of the annual audit and quarterly review activities of external auditors. • Participate in other projects as required. |
