A well established, multi-billion asset bank is seeking to hire a Division Senior Credit Officer (essentially a Division Chief Credit Officer) in the Commercial Real Estate Division. The bank is in a high growth mode after a recent infusion of capital. It successfully repaid its TARP obligations.
 
Job Description:
The Senior Credit Officer Role is the key quintessential pivotal Credit position for the Bank to develop sound new borrower relationships, monitor the portfolios and associated risk as well as assure systems are kept current and accurately reflect portfolio risk.
 
QUALIFICATIONS
Mandatory Minimum Qualifications - Must Have: - 10+ Years in Commercial Real Estate Lending in responsible Credit Administration, Underwriting and/or Oversight role. - Proven experience in structuring, underwriting and overseeing transactions and credits up to $25MM.
