| • Global banking institution seeks an AVP for their Accounting Policy team. The AVP will focus on company’s Real Estate lending Business and will support accounting research, policy implementation, financial statement disclosure review for 10k/10qs, and will participate in special projects and initiatives to improve overall financial reporting environment. |

| • Ensure that the Real Estate lending business is accounting for transactions in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). • Establish policies based on new accounting standards and business activities. • Review existing processes and practices to ensure GAAP compliance. • Present accounting policies and practices to senior management. • Facilitate cross-functional business groups on the implementation of accounting policies associated with new accounting standards and business activities. • Assist in the preparation of financial statement disclosures based on new accounting standards and business activities. |

| Qualifications: - 3-5 years of public accounting experience - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance - CPA License - Research skills |
