| •Assist and review US international and foreign income tax compliance and transfer pricing documentation. •Review the US international and foreign country tax provision including APB23 and other related areas •Develop and provide guidance with international tax planning projects such as transfer pricing and repatriation •Evaluate impact of tax law changes and regulatory pronouncements to the Company |
