| Perform month-end accounting close functions to include preparing journal entries, posting transactions, accruals, and account reconciliations and analysis Significant involvement with preparation of quarterly reporting and analysis Assist with consolidation of subsidiaries in compliance with GAAP Assist with the preparation and analysis of monthly internal management reporting package for results of operations Provide required reports for external reporting as necessary Interact and coordinate with external auditors and internal auditor Provides cross-functional backup to other accounting functions Actively participate in the documenting/development of accounting policies and internal controls Participate in special projects to support management’s need for financial statement analysis and process improvement projects Other duties as required |

| 5+ years total finance and accounting experience including in depth knowledge of US GAAP and financial statement preparation Advanced knowledge of ERP financial applications |
| |
| 3-5 years of experience in Not for Profit industry including the preparation of consolidated financial statements for multiple entities Experience in multiple-entity consolidation in a complex environment highly desirable Working knowledge of Oracle financials, experience utilizing financial reporting and planning tools CPA or CPA candidate a big plus |
