| This position will be located in Lansdowne, Virginia at the US operations corporate headquarters. The Regional Accountant will be responsible for ensuring that transactions are recorded in accordance with GAAP. The position requires a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, strong leadership capabilities and attention to detail. |

| • Responsible for the general ledger postings for all accruals. • Processing of invoices including utilities, rent, taxes and other overhead. • Assist airport GM’s with financial statement analysis. • Intensive P&L review, utilizing trending and variance analysis to identify possible misstatements. • Analysis and reconciliation of Balance Sheet and P&L. • Maintain internal controls within assigned region. • Prepare ad hoc reports to assist in P&L reviews, forecasting, and budgeting. • Assist in various audit processes, as needed, preparing schedules and/or documentation • Assist with the preparation of period-end and year-end close. • Develop, oversee, and ensure adherence to accounting policies. • Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting with 4 + years of accounting experience • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel • Technically proficient in GAAP • Ability to act and operate independently and collaboratively • Superior organizational and communication skills (both verbal & written) |
