| The Senior Technical Accountant will provide technical accounting support to the Controller's Office and the global business units in the application of U.S. GAAP. Essential Job Functions • Provides technical accounting support for significant transactions. • Reviews the application of revenue recognition guidance for new and existing contracts. • Drafts accounting policies for new accounting pronouncements and ensure that existing policies reflect current accounting guidance. • Assists in the education of business unit personnel in the application of U.S. GAAP, including the preparation of training materials. • Assists in the preparation of SEC filings as well as the preparation of financial information. • Ensures accuracy of financial statements. • Participates in more complex special projects such as accounting complex software updates in order to provide expertise. • Conducts more complex studies and submits recommendations for improving the organization's accounting operation to management. |

| • Must be CPA or CPA candidate • Experience working with U.S. generally accepted accounting principles and accounting research software • Experience researching and resolving complex technical accounting issues for both U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting • Ability to research complex technical accounting issues and communicate the results of the research both orally and in writing |

| Big Four national office or regional office experience providing U.S. GAAP technical accounting support preferred |
