| Senior Internal Auditor in Iowa Key Responsibilities Include: Performing and leading financial and operational audits to assess compliance, effectiveness, and efficiency of Corporate and Business Unit processes, policies and procedures and the adequacy of internal controls Completing evaluations on the operating effectiveness of internal controls related to financial reporting and disclosure controls Preparing reports and creating specific recommendations designed to improve controls and/or methods of operation. Interfacing with various levels of management on audit findings, recommendations, and corrective action plans. Supporting external audits as required |

| The successful Senior Internal Auditor in Eastern Iowa Must have: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is required--will NOT consider Internal Auditors who have a degree in a related field of study CPA and/or CIA is required--may consider someone who has passed 2 or 3 parts and is working towards completing the certification Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills and have a proven record of being able to effectively communicate written and verbally Must demonstrate strong project management skills Prior experience leading audit engagements is required |
