| Own the loan accounting process for the small business association (SBA) loan portfolio * Perform accounting and adhere to related internal controls that correspond to the SBA loan portfolio * Respond to information requests from the company's external auditors related to those areas of the financial statement audit that concern the investments identified above * Lead the planning and execution of various initiatives directed at the improvement of process efficiency * Provide support as it relates to Bank loan portfolio and related reporting * Provide necessary information for SEC reporting purposes, including schedules and ad hoc information requests |

| Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) in Accounting or Finance and three-to-five years tax experience CPA or CPA candidate and Masters in Taxation preferred “Big 4” |
