| Key Responsibilities Include: • Assist with Operational and Financial audits • SOX 404 and other types of audit test work • Recognize potential audit issues from basic analysis of the financial statements • Collaborate with team members to set goals and responsibilities |

| Required Skills & Experience: • Bachelors in Accounting or Finance • CPA, CIA, or CFE strongly preferred • Strong knowledge of GAAP • Excellent and Effective communication skills and positive attitude • Ability to interact effectively and professionally with clients and other employees |
