| Our client has an immediate need for an experienced TAX MANAGER in their global headquarters due to a recent promotion! |

| The TAX MANAGER will focus on Federal and International income tax law, and include areas as Federal and foreign tax research, audits, transfer pricing, worldwide tax provision and global restructuring. Key Responsibilities: - Assist with review/preparation of domestic federal and state tax returns including Forms 5471, 1118, and 8858. - Assist with review/preparation of foreign earnings and profits, tax basis, and deemed paid tax credit computations. - Prepare quarterly/annual global tax provision and effective tax rate computations. - Maintain tax provision and compliance software systems. - Become an integral part of the company’s business activities, with involvement in such projects as acquisitions, dispositions, and similar transactions, to ensure proper worldwide legal and operational structuring to minimize tax liabilities. - Conduct tax law research. - Analyze and develop cash repatriation strategies. |

| - Bachelor’s in Accounting with CPA required. - 5+ years tax experience in public accounting or in a complex international environment is required. - Must have expertise in federal and international tax with a detailed technical comprehension of tax law in addition to accounting, business and economic principles and procedures within a complex multinational legal structure. - State and local tax experience. - Proficiency with ASC 740/FAS109, IRC Sections 954, 964, 987, 988, 960, 962, 901,& 902. - Proficient with SOX standards |
