This very stable bank is growing its loan portfolio and hiring lenders. It is an excellent career opportunity for a relational banker who seeks autonomy and empowerment. This is not a bank for a “run and gun” sales person with little or no credit experience. All candidates will have immediate exposure to bank leadership. Near term, this role will lead to management responsibilities for experienced candidates.
Prospect and maintain commercial relationships by offering a full range of credit and ancillary services to new and current clients. Complete credit analysis and present package to Credit Officer. Play active civic role in community.
Consistently produce a minimum of $12,000,000 in agricultural loans per year and $3 to 4mm in deposit. Lender will have ability to generate general commercial/owner occupied real estate loans also. Must be a graduate of a bank sponsored training program or have equivalent credit experience.
Extensive lending and credit experience in a traditional bank commercial lending officer environment. Daily tasks include 70% business development activities and 30% portfolio/relationship management tasks.
