| SUMMARY: Administers the bank’s loan polici. Develops and recommends loan policies and credit risk review policies and procedures. Identifies credit risk situations and provides guidance to line-of-business lending managers. Acts as principal liaison between the bank and regulatory agencies es and practices to ensure compliance with banking legislation. Reviews credit relationships to determine adequacy of underwriting. |

| BA in business or related work experience; extensive, progressive managerial experience in credit policy, analysis and regulatory practices. Strong communication and presentation skills; strong managerial skills. |
