| Our client, a global banking institution, seeks a tax accounting professional for a leadership role within its finance group. The hired candidate will contribute in a range of tax accounting functions and will report to senior level management throughout the firm. |

| Responsibilities: Manage various aspects of US Federal taxes, including: ASC 740 tax provisioning and tax accounting, internal controls processes (including Sarbanes-Oxley compliance), and automation of tax accounting processes, with some federal tax planning and research. |
| |
| - Candidates should be at the Partner/Tax Managing Director level in a public accounting firm or Tax Director Level on the industry side. - Min. 15 years of corporate tax experience - Must have extensive experience in ASC 740 tax accounting and with Sarbanes Oxley 404 - Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. |
