| Our Client, a global conglomerate in the media and advertising business, seeks an accomplished professional for its External Reporting team. This role will provide exposure to several areas of corporate finance including M&A and related transaction work. |

| Managing and tracking Goodwill and Intangibles balances, performing impairment tests biannually; M&A accounting including reviewing due-diligence reports and purchase agreements; identifying fair-value adjustments and assessing intangible-assets; Earn-Out accruals and Put options– booking, calculating and tracking; Media credits income; reporting to government authorities; managing and tracking pension accounting; performing accounting research to provide technical guidance to the operating companies; SEC Reporting including 20F and others including preparing relevant footnotes. The company reports per the IFRS. The analyst will also be responsible for working with external auditors during reviews and Sarbanes Oxley testing of his/her areas, |

| Qualifications Required: • BA/BS in Accounting or Finance • Three to four years of experience in public accounting • Must have analytical experience, be accurate with figures, and exercise sound judgment in decision making • Solid accounting foundations CPA preferred |
