| Growing bank that is well capitalized and wants to lend money. Relaxed atmosphere and not a production shop. Super manager who is hands off. Should be great potential for personal growth as there is planned growth for the bank in this market. |

| Lower middle market experience needed which defined by this bank is companies to $30mm or $40mm in revenues. A full service RM role where you will do it all from A to Z. Concentration on C&I vs. CRE although they will not shy away from solid CRE deals. Still love owner occupied CRE but if INV PROP will need be an exceptionally attractive deal. |

| BS, at least 5 years on the line. Credit skills. Knowledge of the N.VA/DC market. |
