| An oppurtunity to join a fast growing team of Operational Risk professionals with an established capital markets firm in the Washington DC area. |
| |
| • Manage the implementation of all aspects of the operating risk function, including implementation of processes, tools and systems to identify, assess, measure and monitor operating risk in the business lines. • Assist in the development of and manage processes to identify and evaluate business areas' operating risks and risk and control self-assessments. • Manage the process for developing operational risk policies and procedures, risk limits and approval authorities. • Monitor major and critical operating risk issues. • Manage the process for elevating control risks to more senior levels when appropriate. • Manage the corporate operating risk and control assessment reporting process as well as manage and maintain infrastructure elements (e.g. management reporting, including reporting to senior management Forums) • Prepare guidance on enterprise-level IT controls Audit Committees regarding IT controls. • Support the quarterly Self Assessment and SOX certifications. |

| • 6-9 years total experience. CISA and prior Big 4 experience strongly recommended. Bachelor degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Management Information Systems or related fields. |
