| This is a well capitalized bank with non-performing assets levels significantly below their peer group. As a result they are “open” for business. The stability of the bank and their local economy allow them to lend on credit worthy construction/A&D loans. How many other banks can say this?! Client bank offers a hands-off, highly autonomous lending environment without high-pressure sales goals and sales reporting. Client will consider both in-market real estate lenders as well as out of market “Portfolio Manager” type candidates with experience in this niche. |

| Lender will develop, service, and expand commercial and/or residential construction and A&D loan relationships in-market to existing and new clients. Performs credit analysis and maintains all client relationships. |

| Consistently produce $9mm to $15mm in loans per year. Must be a graduate of a bank sponsored training program or have equivalent credit experience. Extensive lending and credit experience in a traditional bank that has a highly relational sales culture. Over 65% of daily tasks included some sort of business development responsibility. |
