| Looking for an experienced Accounting Recruiter to join our Permanent Staffing division. An accountant with a sales personality can be an excellent fit as well. This position has the flexibility to work in either our Greenville, SC or Columbia, SC |

| Accounting Recruiter South Carolina Recruiting, Staffing & Operations Actively recruit qualified Accounting professionals through the use of direct recruiting, internet, referral programs, and networking in the business community # Conduct interviews and skill assessments on recruited candidates, including behavioral interviews, technical skill testing and reference checking # Place appropriately skilled candidates and conduct quality control calls on all placements # Negotiate appropriate permanent rates with clients # Communicate various aspects of permanent staffing division operations to ensure compliance with established goals and objectives. Business Development Conduct research on prospective and current customers # Conduct proactive business development efforts including marketing, in-person client meetings, client lunches, and further penetrating existing client accounts # Maintain client satisfaction through follow up and quality control activities # Maintain key metrics, interview activities, and business development activities # Provide customers with appropriate information on trends relating to the Accounting profession and staffing related issues (salary surveys, etc.) # Participate in local professional, business and civic organizations to enhance personal development and to promote company recognition |
