| • Lead and supervise preparation of tax returns, with emphasis on complicated tax work, covering multi- state, multi owner K1s, etc. • Supervise the preparation of high net work tax returns of business owners. • Lead tax planning • Collaborate with in-house financial planning to identify cross-market business development opportunities |

| Qualifications • 5-15+ years of relevant, progressive experience in tax accounting • CPA required |

| • Proficiency with Pro System FX and Lacerte tax software a plus |
